Needing a new phone is not a fun shopping time for me. I hate to shop to begin with and shopping for a new phone just drives me crazy. So many to choose from is the start of the problems, I want one of each and every one that I see. I know I need a flip phone, I have a real bad habit of making butt calls and there is nothing worse than a butt call at 2 am from someone you talked to that afternoon. Well i’m off to go buy a new phone wish me luck.

As I sit here dead broke I wonder what happened to all of the money we had put away to retire with, I know that when the price of gasoline shot up it cost us more to do business and we still have not recovered from that at all. Let us hope the new year brings a better economy and a better life to all of us struggling to make ends meet in this world.

Every day I try to burn a different candle in my office just to keep it smelling nice in here. I have about 10 different kinds of candles and today the one burning is spiced apples, which is a very nice smell and makes me think of apple pies that my Grandmother used to bake. The odor of the baking pies could be smelled for blocks around the house, and that is a very pleasant smell that I miss. Now we seem to get our pies already made and frozen, they either need to be defrosted or just warmed up in the oven, you do not get the same aroma as a pie baking in a hot oven for an hour. I really miss that very nice smell and I really miss my Grandmother.

After the Christmas rush I decided to get myself a new phone and if you have not been phone shopping of late, do not waste the time just keep your old phone until it quits and you have to get a new phone. The sales person at the At&t phone store was so rude I will never do business with them again, he flat told me I could not afford to buy a phone from them if my contract was not up for renewal. I make more than him and his boss do in a week and it really offended me to be told I could not afford a $79 phone. I will be changing my phone carrier in the coming weeks and AT&T can go kiss my butt.
