Although we use our grill the year round, I have been spotted out grilling in the snow before. We sure do use it more once spring and summer roll around.
I have the grill fired up now waiting on N to get some burgers ready to throw on there. The question that keeps popping in my mind is gas or charcoal. I have a gas grill right now but I like the taste of food cooked on charcoal better. Is there any way to get the ease of gas and the taste of charcoal?
