Last night Cher was in our fine city taking in some of the music hot spots, the BlueBird Cafe and Tootsies to name a couple. Of course one of her local fans had a bit to much to drink and tried to grab Cher, when asked later how that turned out the drunk redneck was believed to of said ” Not to good” he was released from jail later in the morning.

Our side yard is filled with poison ivy, and the dogs keep dragging it inside. We have pulled, cut, burned and sprayed the stuff and it keeps coming back to life. If someone knows how to kill this rugged vine please let me know, it is like that ex-wife who keeps coming back into your life after you pulled, cut, burned and sprayed her out of your life.

We have been watching our grandson yesterday and today, my daughter had a couple of teeth pulled and needed to get some sleep so we took the very happy active boy with us the last couple of days. Let me tell you one thing there are two very old feeling people here who need some sleep. He has worn us out.

My wife recently found a baby photo blog and shared it with me, it is so funny some of the faces on these kids. On this web site you can download baby photos of your children or grandchildren, and view the other that have been downloaded.

I just made a horrible mistake, I needed a few things from the store and Kroger has on Wednesday’s senior citizens day where anyone over 55 gets 10% off their purchases. Well today is Wednesday and I am not over 55, I think you get the picture I was nearly run over by a little old man in the parking lot and it got worse inside the store, if I ever venture out on Wednesday I will submit myself for drug testing.
